85. The Return of Breathing Space: 5/4/24

It's official! Breathing Space is off the shelf. My new quintet for flute, alto sax, viola, cello and piano which had its premiere postponed last fall is finally making its debut at the Portland Conservatory of Music's Spring Benefit on Saturday, May 4th at 6 p.m. Rehearsals resumed on April 11th and are in full swing for the event.

The quintet features John Ross on flute, Michael Lund Ziegler on alto sax, Melissa Lund Ziegler on viola, John Bennett on cello, and myself on piano as well as performances by other PCM faculty members.
